Padres avoid being swept by Cubs

Sorry I was out of town on business for a couple days, so all I'm going to do is give you quick snapshot updates for the Padres/Cubs series.

Padres had big leads in each of the first two games, but were unable to hold on to either for the win, but in game 3 Maddux was brilliant and the bullpen slammed the door, and Hoffy got the save.
